Terms and conditions for URBAN 728 UNLIMITED MEMBERSHIP

Monthly recurring unlimited membership which requires a 3 month enrollment period and will continue month to month thereafter. There is a $200 early cancellation fee and should you need to cancel your membership please do so in person prior to your billing cycle. Refunds will not be given for plans canceled after the billing cycle.
