The Urban DETOX 60 is a hot yin yoga experience. The practice will guide you deep into the physical body through three to five minute holds offering moments of stillness, release, reflection, and relaxation for your muscles and mind. Sequencing and instruction will be slow, subtle, and mostly on the ground while tracking primarily through the hips and spine. The DETOX is a perfect reset button and will leave you feeling recharged and restored.
